Ed Beckley: Ed Beckley was one of the first people to develop no money down training program which taught people how to purchase real estate with little or no upfront or out of pocket expenses. His infomercials which promoted his no money down system and sold his program ran on over 400 stations for over 5 years.

His infomercials in Iowa and Colorado for Home Business Technologies lead thousands to purchase into Ed Buckley’s training programs. Many of his business seminars included “one-time offers” and three hour seminars which required payments to receive the rest of the training.

Notice! We have spent a tremendous amount time and money reviewing a variety of online business opportunities. Infomercial gurus on TV, Internet marketing experts or a MLM company, we've taken a hard look at just about all of them. It's through our conscientious research of hundreds of opportunities that allow us to determine for sure what works and what doesn't. If you want to discover what is making us an excellent home-based income, then click here now to check out our #1 rated online opportunity.

His 5 year infomercial income was staggering, with over 10,000 people in the state Iowa buying into the program and an additional several thousand buying the program in Colorado. The Better Business Bureau flagged Ed Beckley and Home Business Technologies and the FTC banned their commercials. Most of the buyers requested refunds, at which point some of the tens of thousands who requested refunds received a $10 check (many of them paid $295 or more). Following the initial refund to some, Ed Buckley and Home Business Technologies filed for bankruptcy.

Following these programs Ed Buckley started a program called the Zen Millionaire, which was also promoted through infomercials and later shut down by the FTC for false claims.

Considered an offline guru, Ed Beckley appears to have disappeared. His programs are all but extinct in the offline world. A quick trip to any of the sites owned by Ed Buckley shows that he has not used his millions to keep his sites updated. It is next to impossible to contact him. Searches for Beckley on social networks such as Twitter and Facebook yielded no results.
